    When you learn about the more niche traits of ADHD, I think there's a huge lot to unpack, particularly like rejection sensitivity dysphoria, and perhaps the perfectionist that that might have made you, or the avoider that that might have made you. And had you known earlier that not everyone hates you, [laughs] but the ADHD brain will convince you a million times a day that everyone does for no good reason other than you sensed a tiny shift in their tone of voice. And it's so sad because you go through so much of your life tiptoeing around avoiding that rejection. You don't put yourself forward for opportunities. You might not start that business. You might not go into that relationship. You might leave that relationship because you've sensed that they don't like you [laughs] on one day. And realizing those 20,000 horrible messages and that, and that there is actually a reason why you, you perceive criticism differently and, and how much that's held you back, I mean, that's a huge emotional realization, isn't it? To, to see, look back and see how much damage your behavior that's been dictated by an avoidance of criticism has caused.
