And I think the, in terms of the volume of deals, talent acquisitions that really don't make people that much money are so much of the volume of deals. And I think it's interesting because sometimes you can see on TechCrunch or on Twitter, so and so company sold for $40 million. And I think that there's, like, a thing that happens where you think, great, so the founders made $40 million. [laughs]
