Claude

Claude works on any plan, Free included, on the web, the desktop app, and your phone. uListen in Claude has the steps, examples, and troubleshooting.

Add uListen to Claude

Gemini

Gemini calls these custom apps. Google offers them to people 18 or over in the US, signed in with a personal Google Account rather than a work or school one, with Keep Activity on. They work in English, and you add them in Gemini on the web, from a computer or your phone's browser.

  1. Go to gemini.google.com.
  2. Open Settings, then Connected Apps. If you don't see Connected Apps, open Personal Intelligence first.
  3. Under Custom apps, choose Add a custom app.
  4. Enter https://mcp.ulisten.ai as the MCP server URL and choose Next. uListen needs no credentials, so leave Advanced features as they are.
  5. Follow the rest of the steps on screen.

Once it's added, uListen works in the Gemini app on your phone too. To have Gemini use it for a question, type @ and choose uListen.

Mistral's Vibe

In Vibe, an administrator adds connectors. On the Free, Pro, and Student plans that's the account owner, so you can add uListen yourself; on other plans, ask your admin.

  1. In Vibe, open Connectors.
  2. Choose + Add Connector, then the Custom MCP Connector tab.
  3. Enter uListen as the connector name and https://mcp.ulisten.ai as the server URL, then choose Connect. Vibe finds that uListen needs no sign-in.

Vibe can ask before each use of a connector. uListen only reads its catalog, so you can let it run without asking: in Connectors, open My Connectors, choose uListen, open Functions, and turn on Always allow for each one.

Other apps

uListen is a remote MCP server at https://mcp.ulisten.ai, using Streamable HTTP with no sign-in. An AI app that adds MCP servers by their URL can add it the same way.
