Military whistleblowers detail direct alien contact, secret craft, and coverups
Retired Air Force master sergeants Jason Sands and Lenval Logan describe involvement in a secretive U.S. government UFO/UAP program, including alleged live contact with non‑human intelligences (NHIs) and efforts to reverse‑engineer recovered craft.
Sands recounts a detailed 1990s encounter at Nellis where he says he spoke telepathically with a tall, earless humanoid asking for “tritium” to repair its craft, and later received telepathic technical data and a star map he believes pointed to Zeta Reticuli.
Both men claim multiple NHI types—“tall whites,” grays, reptilians, and mantis-like beings—are known within the program, discuss crash retrievals, portal technology attempts, and NHIs allegedly working under strict conditions in U.S. labs.
They argue key evidence (high‑resolution videos, imagery, and witness testimony) remains classified or suppressed, describe retaliation and intimidation against whistleblowers, and call for public‑driven investigation and open scientific study outside government control.
Key Takeaways
Multiple career intelligence professionals now openly allege long‑running NHI programs.
Sands and Logan, both retired master sergeants with intel backgrounds, independently describe being pulled into a classified UAP program, monitoring communications, and later contributing to the official UAP Task Force—indicating this isn’t just outsider speculation.

Sands’ Nellis encounter centers on telepathy and specific technical requests.
He claims a pale, earless, uniformed humanoid approached their convoy asking for “tritium” to repair his craft, communicated via an audible but unknown language overlaid with clear telepathic meaning, and shared detailed schematics of a nano‑engineered component driving toroidal fields.

The alleged program treats crash retrievals as high‑value industrial assets.
They describe corporate‑driven retrieval teams (involving big defense contractors and mercenaries) targeting crashed or forced‑down craft for back‑engineering, with significant ethical concerns about how captured entities and technology have been handled.

High‑resolution, unclassified-to-the-public UAP imagery reportedly exists.
Both state they’ve seen clear, high‑definition videos and imagery that do not match known aircraft, have been vetted by imagery analysts against artifacts and false positives, and remain classified largely due to origin, context, and unresolved threat assessment.

Whistleblowers report retaliation and clearance games as control mechanisms.
Sands says his clearance has been administratively frozen, blocking employment, after going public; both describe intimidation, social media attacks, and colleagues being quietly told to “shut up,” illustrating structural disincentives to disclosure.

The NHI picture presented is diverse, not a single ‘alien’ group.
They reference tall whites, grays, reptilians, mantis/nordic beings, and even undersea intelligences, suggesting multiple factions with different agendas—some allegedly cooperative, some controlling, and some actively suppressed even within the program.

Civilian-led data collection is being positioned as a way around government bottlenecks.
Logan’s Phenom app aims to crowdsource UAP, paranormal, and cryptid reports, enabling pattern analysis and academic collaboration without relying on government transparency, reflecting a broader push to decentralize investigation.

Notable Quotes
““This guy’s not from around here.””
— Jason Sands, describing the earless, pale humanoid he says approached his convoy at Nellis
““He said he needed tritium to repair his craft… and when he talked about the part, it was like a Sears catalog opened in my head with all the specs.””
— Jason Sands
““We have prisoners.””
— Jason Sands, recounting an intercepted call about NHIs and equipment being held by ‘the program’
““They know that what they have done, there are some parts of it that were really bad decisions in the long run.””
— Jason Sands, on why he believes elements of the program resist disclosure
““We don’t need you anymore… so many groups now have caught on that they can talk to these things directly themselves.””
— Lenval Logan, arguing that government shouldn’t be the sole intermediary with NHIs

How should society ethically judge historical human treatment of alleged captured NHIs, and what frameworks would be needed to prevent similar abuses in any future contact?

If multiple NHI species with differing agendas are real, how might that complexity change current assumptions about ‘alien disclosure’ and potential diplomatic or security strategies?

The Joe Rogan Experience.
Train by day, Joe Rogan podcast by night. All day. (instrumental music plays) Okay, gentlemen, what's happening? Nice to meet you.
Nice to meet you, Steve.
Uh, both you guys were in, uh, The Program, uh, which is, uh, a U- Uh, that's why I wore my Roswell shirt.
(laughs)
Uh, UFO disclosure documentary, uh, all about what's going on behind the scenes. Why don't you tell everybody before we get started, uh, Jay, tell them w- what your background is, what you do.
I'm a retired master sergeant from the Air Force, worked 22 years. Uh, retired twenty- or 2007. Um, started off as an airframe guy, ended up in Intel, and that's when things got strange. Um, had my second duty assignment as a Intel guy and got introduced to The Program. And that's how I ended up, uh, in the movie, is I had some, uh, strange experiences that, uh, I could talk about that were unclassified. So, I came forward, and that's where James found me. And, uh, we got along pretty good, and everything's history from there.
And Logan, you were in the documentary as well. So tell everybody what you do.
So I am a-
Pull this up to your face.
Oh, I'm sorry.
It's okay.
So, I'm also a retired master sergeant from the Air Force. Uh, started off as a B-52 crew chief, uh, cross-trained into Intel, uh, retired after 21 and a half, and I ended up being part of the UAP Task Force. And I was one of the first people to come across Jay here and some other people. And, uh, from that, um, James found out about me (laughs) and said, "Okay, we need to talk." (laughs)
(laughs)
So, him and Leslie Kean approached me, and I was like, "Uh, yeah." But I kind of got outted by, by Jay Stratton. He, he, everybody was ganging up around me, and he, around him, and he was like, "Why are you asking me? Logan worked for me." And everybody went, "What?"
(laughs)
And I was-
Yeah.
And he's, "Okay, I guess I'm out."
(laughs)
(laughs)
Oh, boy. Um, what, so, what, let's start with you, Jay. What was your first introduction to this, uh, whole concept that we are in possession of alien crafts or that we have communicated or there's been some contact? Like, what, what was your thoughts about it before you had these experiences?
I had had a, a, a childhood experience with a UFO previous to that when I was ten years old. So I, I didn't really get an interest in UFOs at all. I just thought it was strange. Uh, it was also a, a shared experience with my mother. Um-
What was the experience?
Uh, well, it was just a red orb that came down. It looked like it came from the atmosphere, you know, distance, and then kept approaching, uh, my bedroom window, uh, and ended up kind of hovering near the bottom of my street. And I was screaming to my parents, you know, "There's a strange light outside," and nobody responded. So I ran out to get my binoculars, my dad's binoculars, and ran out to the front lawn. Finally, my mom was the only one that responded. And we both got to see it taking off as it hit, came across the, the rooftop of, uh, my friend Eddie's house at the bottom of the street. And, uh, that's what she got to see, my mother and I.
