Lots of people with ADHD, they struggle with being different. They struggle with very strong feelings of shame. So a lot of the times it's trying to offset that. It's to blend in. It's to not be too much. So constantly adjusting, constantly adapting, constantly trying to give the people what they want. But that's very much to kinda hold everybody else at bay so that you can then feel okay. It comes at a huge personal strain to you. So let's think about kinda what might be happening inside of that person then. So they might be constantly overthinking, having to rehearse what they're going to say in meetings, having to read the email 17 times so that they can reply to it properly. It's having to always try and stay a step ahead, be really conscious of the RSD not kicking off. So it's exhausting
